Prices in US dollars, per month, with no contract. Plan credits don’t carry over from one month to the next; purchased credits do. The published version and the one before it are never deleted, on any plan.

What a change costs
A credit is a unit, not a mystery. You type what you want, pick the scope and see what it will cost before you generate. The cost of every change sits next to its version, in the history.

Estimates: the real cost depends on what the model reads and writes, and you see it before you confirm. The SEO assistant draws from the same balance, and in bulk it tells you what it will cost before it starts.
A failure on our side is never on your bill. If the change fails validation, if the model declines or if it cuts off halfway, nothing is applied and you get every credit back.
And what is really content costs nothing at all: ask for “change the title to Industrial Solutions” and the panel tells you that’s done in Pages, without calling any model.
If you run out
Running out of credits doesn’t switch your website off.
Your published site stays published, your content keeps being editable, the history and the preview are still there, and the SEO analysis with its score keeps working, because it’s deterministic and costs nothing. The only thing that stops is generating new design changes, until next month. We warn you at 80% and at 100%, in the panel and by email, not once there’s nothing you can do about it.

What people ask before they pay
Is it really free, or is it a trial that expires?
It’s free forever: one site at yourname.wixy.app, blocks, forms, SEO and 50 AI credits a month. We don’t ask for a card and there’s no deadline. You pay when you want your own domain, an online store or more credits.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can change them whenever you want. If you move to a lower plan, your website, your content and your history stay the same; only the modules and the limits change. And an account is never deleted: it’s suspended, with everything in it kept.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your published site stays published, the history and the preview are still there, and the SEO analysis with its score keeps working because it costs nothing. It only stops generating new changes until next month, or until you buy more credits. We warn you at 80% and at 100% of your usage, in the panel and by email.
Do you charge a transaction fee on sales?
No, never, on any plan. You pay your plan and your payment gateway’s fee (Culqi, Mercado Pago or Stripe), which is theirs, not ours. The price your store charges is the one in your database, not the one the browser sends.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits don’t: they’re granted at the start of each month and whatever is left doesn’t carry over. Credits you buy separately do roll over. Plan credits are spent first, and if a change is refunded, each credit goes back to the pool it came from.
What counts as a “published site” on the Agency plan?
Every client with a published version on their domain. Five are included in the $99 a month; each one after that is $15. Clients are unlimited: you can have twenty in progress and pay only for the ones that are live.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. The store is a module that gets switched on in your account: your website stays the same folder, with the same history, and /tienda appears when you turn it on. Moving to a lower plan doesn’t touch your website either: if you lose a module, its content isn’t deleted, it just stops being shown.
What happens to my website if I leave?
You take it with you. Your site is a folder of Astro files, not data on a canvas: your team opens the code with the platform’s command line, from any version; your content comes out through the API as JSON and your form submissions as CSV. If you want it all in one package, we put it together for you. Managed, not held hostage.
